Tours and Visits

You can schedule a tour right from our website by submitting a tour request, or you can give us a call and we’ll help you find a time that works. We offer both in-person and virtual tours so you can explore the community and get a feel for your future home.
Application and Leasing

Just head to our availability page, choose the apartment that fits your needs, and click “Apply Now.” You’ll be guided through the online application step by step.

Applicants must show monthly income that is at least three times the rent.

Yes. Enclave Silver Spring charges a non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant, along with an application deposit ranging from $500 to one month's rent. You can find full details in our Rental Policy online.

You are welcome to make your space feel like home, however we do ask that the apartment is returned to its original condition at move-out.

We understand that plans can change. Lease breaks are allowed for a fee, and our management team can walk you through your options.

While we would love for you to stay, our leasing team will be happy to recommend local and national services to assist with your move. Just let management know if you will not be renewing your lease so we can schedule your move-out and provide helpful resources.

Security deposits are typically returned within 60 days after your lease ends. If it takes longer, reach out to management so we can look into it right away.
Fees and Payments

The deposit ranges from $500 to one month's rent and is due within 48 hours of approval. Applicants who do not meet minimum credit requirements may be asked to pay an additional deposit.

No. Residents are responsible for all utilities.

Parking

All maintenance requests can be submitted and tracked through the Resident Portal.

While we can’t provide an exact timeframe, our team works hard to resolve maintenance requests as quickly as possible. We always aim to provide efficient and helpful service.
Pets

Yes. We welcome up to two cats or dogs per apartment.

There is a $350 non-refundable fee per pet, a $45 DNA registration fee (if applicable), and $35 monthly pet rent per pet.

The following breeds or mixes are not permitted: Akita, Husky, Great Danes, Cane Corso, German Shepard, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Malamute, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Boxers, Wolf, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixes with predominant traits of these breeds.
Our pet policy does not apply to support animals approved under the Fair Housing Act or ADA. Service animals are exempt from fees and breed restrictions with valid documentation. -
Our pet-friendly community offers a private dog park, beautifully landscaped grounds, and access to local trails.
Amenities and Facilities

At Enclave Silver Spring, residents enjoy upscale amenities, including 24-hour emergency maintenance, a fitness center, Amazon package lockers, a private dog park, onsite laundry facilities, an onsite convenience store, a community room, a pool with a sundeck, and a resident clubhouse.

Yes. Selected apartments include in-unit laundry, and there are multiple onsite laundry rooms.

Residents are responsible for procuring their own internet. High-speed options are available in the area.
