Tours and Visits

  • You can schedule a tour right from our website by submitting a tour request, or you can give us a call and we’ll help you find a time that works. We offer both in-person and virtual tours so you can explore the community and get a feel for your future home.

Application and Leasing

  • Just head to our availability page, choose the apartment that fits your needs, and click “Apply Now.” You’ll be guided through the online application step by step.

  • A full list of required documents is available in our Rental Policy on the website. This will ensure you have everything you need before applying.

  • Applicants must show monthly income that is at least three times the rent.

  • We offer several lease term options. Our leasing team in Silver Spring can walk you through what is available and help you choose what works best for your plans.

  • Subletting is not permitted. You can review our Rental Policy online for more details.

  • Yes, all residents are required to maintain renter’s liability insurance with at least $300,000 in coverage. You can find more information in the Rental Policy.

  • When it is time to renew, you will receive your options through the Resident Portal. Review the offerings, choose the one that suits you, and you can then complete the renewal online.

  • Yes, we have competitive housing options in Silver Spring, MD. For any current programs or income-based availability, our leasing team can share more details.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

  • Yes. Enclave Silver Spring charges a non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant, along with an application deposit ranging from $500 to one month's rent. You can find full details in our Rental Policy online.

  • Absolutely. Our leasing team can recommend reliable local and national moving services to make your move smoother.

  • You are welcome to make your space feel like home, however we do ask that the apartment is returned to its original condition at move-out.

  • We understand that plans can change. Lease breaks are allowed for a fee, and our management team can walk you through your options.

  • While we would love for you to stay, our leasing team will be happy to recommend local and national services to assist with your move. Just let management know if you will not be renewing your lease so we can schedule your move-out and provide helpful resources.

  • Security deposits are typically returned within 60 days after your lease ends. If it takes longer, reach out to management so we can look into it right away.

Fees and Payments

  • The deposit ranges from $500 to one month's rent and is due within 48 hours of approval. Applicants who do not meet minimum credit requirements may be asked to pay an additional deposit.

  • No. Residents are responsible for all utilities.

  • Please check with your Leasing Agent for the most current list of available providers.

  • Rent can be paid seamlessly and securely through the Resident Portal.

  • For additional fees, including amenity or technology charges, please review our Rental Policy on the website.

Parking

  • Yes. We offer assigned parking for up to $50 per month per vehicle.

  • For accurate guidelines on guest parking, please connect directly with Management.

  • We do not offer EV charging stations at this time.

Maintenance and Requests

  • All maintenance requests can be submitted and tracked through the Resident Portal.

  • While we can’t provide an exact timeframe, our team works hard to resolve maintenance requests as quickly as possible. We always aim to provide efficient and helpful service.

Pets

  • Yes. We welcome up to two cats or dogs per apartment.

  • There is a $350 non-refundable fee per pet, a $45 DNA registration fee (if applicable), and $50 monthly pet rent per pet.

  • The following breeds or mixes are not permitted: Akita, Husky, Great Danes, Cane Corso, German Shepard, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Malamute, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Boxers, Wolf, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixes with predominant traits of these breeds.


    Our pet policy does not apply to support animals approved under the Fair Housing Act or ADA. Service animals are exempt from fees and breed restrictions with valid documentation.

  • Our pet-friendly community offers a private dog park, beautifully landscaped grounds, and access to local trails.

Amenities and Facilities

  • At Enclave Silver Spring, residents enjoy upscale amenities, including 24-hour emergency maintenance, a fitness center, Amazon package lockers, a private dog park, onsite laundry facilities, an onsite convenience store, a community room, a pool with a sundeck, and a resident clubhouse.

  • Yes. Selected apartments include in-unit laundry, and there are multiple onsite laundry rooms.

  • Bike storage is not offered at this time.

  • Residents are responsible for procuring their own internet. High-speed options are available in the area.

  • Packages are delivered to our secure package lockers. New residents will receive a prompt to register for the service upon move-in.

  • The Enclave is located in a convenient, well-connected neighbourhood in Silver Spring, MD with easy access to US-29, I-95, I-270, and I-495. You’ll find our Silver Spring apartments near the White Oak Shopping Center and only about 30 minutes from Washington, DC, making both daily errands and weekend plans easy.
